1.1 Under no circumstances including but not limited to negligence shall Will Williams be liable for any special or consequential damages in any way whatsoever now or in the future that result from the use of binaural beats / brainwave entrainment / advanced hypnosis techniques / hypnotherapy / relaxation therapy / suggestions or any other therapies whether in person / audio / text manuals / books / e-mails or website material.

1.2 The information, techniques, methods and recommendations by Will Williams are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care of a qualified physician / GP nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified. If you use hypnosis and/or hypnotherapy and are under medical care for ANY condition do not make ANY adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your GPs advice.

1.3 Epileptics are advised to seek approval from their doctor before using brainwave entrainment / hypnosis and / or hypnotherapy. Anyone diagnosed as having a psychotic illness should not use hypnosis and / or hypnotherapy.

2.1 All Compact Discs carry a money back guarantee. If you are not in anyway satisfied then I will refund your money less a small administration & postage cost of £3.00 per Compact Disc. This is essential to cover my loss. Any faulty Compact Discs can be returned intact for a direct exchange.

It is used not for any other reason or purpose than to send out to you requested information, prepare for consultations, keep in touch ie; customers register details, correspond with customers who purchase Binaural Beat CDs etc.
