Based in Exeter, Devon, my Stop Smoking Program is helping progressive companies to help their staff. I approach smoking in a unique and dynamic way, bringing together interesting and powerful techniques that get results.

Grounded in psychology and neuroscience, I am a hypnotherapist, practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and have even worked with the NHS as a stop smoking specialist. I have met and helped enough smokers to cover all angles and put together this unique program.

What does the Smoke-Freedom Quit Smoking program involve?

In helping your staff to quit smoking, I will work towards changing subconscious thought processes, automatic behaviours and motivational dynamics. The methods used are highly intuitive, blending NLP with lesser known information and exercises in mind-programming. But there's no need to worry about spooking your staff. Its delivered in a format that is interesting and attractive, where smoking can be reframed and taken to pieces. And all without any lecturing. Or snoozing.

I am very flexible in arranging quit smoking sessions depending on your needs and circumstances. Normally, one or more group sessions are held, with the option of individual sessions held at different times.
